- We pay the claims we owe promptly.
We take seriously our duty to handle all claims with the utmost good faith. Fairness and common sense are the foundation upon which our claim handling is modeled.
We strive not to lose sight of the fact that the need to make a claim against one of our policies is often preceded by a very stressful circumstance. It is our goal to make the claims process as simple and straightforward as possible, allowing our customers to return to normalcy in the shortest possible time.
