For An Existing Claim

For status or questions on an existing claim, please have your claim number available when calling (877) 477-9777

If you know the handling adjuster’s extension, enter the extension when prompted.

If you know the adjuster’s name but not their extension, select Option 9 to dial by name.

• If the adjuster is not available, leave a voicemail message that includes your name, phone number with area code, and most importantly your claim number.

If you do not know your handling adjuster’s information and it is during normal business hours:

• Select Option 1 for the Claims menu
• Select Option 4 and a Claims Representative will assist you
• If you are calling with an attorney’s office, please select Option 3 instead of 4 for assistance
