The underwriting phase of our operation encompasses all activity incurred after the producer has sold a Legacy policy including billing, endorsement, and renewal processing. Appointed producers will run consumer reports (MVR, CLUE, ADD) at time of sale and obtain all necessary application information (e.g. photos, inspection reports, proof of discounts and/or licenses). Qualifying policies are bound and issued real time by our appointed agents.
The timely processing of our business is an area of emphasis; our service standard is three days or less for all transactions.
One of our highest priorities is to maintain an outstanding team of Underwriters and Customer Service Specialists. We price competitively, but adequately, and leverage all available tools to effectively analyze each risk.
